Valdo Verreschi is a well known chef who has had restaurants in Tuscany as well as the United States. He elevates classic Tuscan cuisine into a beautiful art form.

Carla is delightful local chef who teaches all over Tuscany. Her unique classes will often include recipes passed down from her family. The enthusiasm and spontaneity she brings to her classes can make an age old recipe seem fresh and new.
